There is some research shown that it is good to drink water immediately after waking up every morning. It is said that this method can help to cure certain disease that is very well known amongst us. The diseases are - headache, bodyache, heart system, arthritis, fast heart beat, epilepsy, excess fatness, bronchitis, asthma, TB, meningitis, kidney and urine diseases, vomiting, gastritis, diarrhea, piles, diabetes, constipation, eye diseases, womb, cancer, menstrual disorder, ear, nose and throat diseases.
The treatment methods are:

Drink 4x160ml of plain water right after you wake up, before brushing your teeth
After you brush and clean the mouth, do not eat or drink anything fo 45 minutes
